Construction of a 69-key boutique hotel on the banks of the River Dart, forming Phase One of a landmark waterfront redevelopment. Designed to echo the former shipbuilding structures once found on site, the new hotel integrates distinctive industrial heritage features – including a restored gantry crane – within a modern hospitality offering. Positioned within a live marina environment, the scheme required careful coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations and minimal disruption. Delivered under a Construction Management model with integrated cost consultancy, the project brought together design teams and trade specialists in a collaborative approach, ensuring quality, buildability, and programme certainty throughout.
