Phase Two of the wider Noss on Dart redevelopment, this collection of 44 premium apartments is designed to deliver high-quality waterside living in one of South Devon’s most scenic coastal locations. Set within a live marina and active boatyard, the project presented complex logistical and environmental challenges, from access planning and public interface to marine resilience and build sequencing. Delivered under a Construction Management model, the scheme combined specialist consultancy with client-side flexibility, enabling a coordinated, efficient delivery strategy tailored to a sensitive and highly active site.
