Construction of a new waterfront apartment building forming Phase Two of the landmark Fort Bovisand redevelopment. Set within a heritage-sensitive coastal site with scheduled monument status, SSSI designation and a history of MOD occupation, the project demanded precise planning and enabling works to overcome restricted access, marine exposure and the potential for UXO discovery. The resulting structure delivers premium residential living in an extraordinary setting, combining architectural quality with technical resilience. Delivered under a Construction Management model with integrated cost consultancy, the scheme brought together design consultants and trade specialists to enable a highly collaborative and solution-led route to delivery.
