Redevelopment of the former Old Ferrybridge Inn site in Weymouth, delivering 29 timber-framed residential units alongside a standalone café and restaurant. Positioned on a historically significant coastal route, the scheme was delivered through a Construction Management model, enabling close collaboration between consultants and trade specialists. Aesthetic quality, long-term durability and sustainability were prioritised throughout, with materials and methods carefully selected to suit the exposed marine environment.
